Have just viewed the emails, boat 99.999% Finished. have just to cover the foam cushions,and launch.!!!!! Have more photo`s to put on the site, including some of the keel being cast at the foundry,!! Thought it would be in the water by now,but had a few issues with my daughters health,and renovating...

Saw the comments, you might want to check the clearance INSIDE the rotor stay,and INSIDE the foil unit(ALLOY TUBE) when I made my roller unit I noticed that the bottle screw fixing unit runs very close to the alloy inside case ,!! could this be binding.? also check out the foil insides.The forestay ...

NOPE, best bet is to check out your boat,and if in doubt ask.!! Washed the cockpit out today (UNCOVERED)removed 1/2 bucket of leaves and used two buckets hot water to remove the green slime, wished I had covered it up.!! REGARDS MIKE

Read the remarks about rudder probs, you guys do know that I have the patterns and moulds for new rudders and stocks.???? The new alloy rudder stock that I make,is stronger than the old(SAME SHAPE BUT A BIT THICKER,AND 1/4 HARD) and the blade has a 1/4 thick alloyplate running the lenth of the blade...
