Wanted - Swift 18

Hi all,
I'm after a Swift 18 for use as a trailer sailer.
Must have:
-sound keel box and skeg
-sound hull and coach roof
-leak free windows, anchor locker etc
-Well serviced braked trailer
I'm based in Somerset but don't mind travelling for the right boat.
