Beyond the Limit Insurance

I have my boat moored in the Teifi Estuary at Gwbert, Cardigan.
My Insurance covers U.K. & E.U. coastal waters up to 12 miles offshore.
I would like to take my boat across to Ireland and France etc. sailing direct from my home base. Does anyone have this type of cover for their Swift 18 ? ie. cover for greater than 12nm. offshore.
