sails and headlinning/interior trim

Post by mikeprojectboat » Thu Apr 24, 2008 9:17 pm

Having trouble contacting anybody,by e mail via the swift site,? PEOPLE CAN PHONE ME ON...01953681578 regarding sails rudder blades etc.. Have been reading the remarks about headlining ect with interest,as I AM NOW DOING MINE.! Pictures to follow.! I have used a thin foam sheet, 3mm thick(GREEN)like the insulation you use under wooden floor,on key areas. this was stuck on with spray glue(CAN GET HIGH ON IT!!!) this I am going to cover with some white leather cloth .I hope to make a grp splashback for the sink area and a alloy roof and wall deflector for the cooker area wthin the next two weeks, subject to good weather.. fitting this boat out has taken three times longer than making the bloody thing!!! Think my wife is getting worried that I am going to sail of to sunny greece, have to creep out in the early hours 7am to work on it,as she keeps finding me things to do.!! ANYTHING TO STOP ME WORKING ON THE BOAT.!! regards to all... mike in sunny hot norfolk
