Mast Supports For Travelling

Post by Jstoppy » Mon Jun 18, 2007 12:49 pm

Had my first sail in my Swift 18, Little Hog (302) over the weekend and she was great. As the saying goes it does exactly what it says on the tin.

One issue I have is transporting Little Hog on trailer and her set up to hold the mast high enough to clear my freelander. It is clumbersome and ugly.

I note in the gallery under boats parts someone has designed or has a set of neat looking supports, are there any plans out there so I can make some?

West Coast of Scotland, Glencoe, is her next sail.

Many Thanks
