fitting a depth transducer

Hi all just thinking where to fit my depth transducer to my boat the boat is on the water so dont really want to drill a whole in the hull or is this the best and only way todo it .....where have you fitted yours .....thanks

Mine is glued to the inside of the hull under the sink unit; works fine there.
