We owned our 1984 build Swift 18 purchased in 1991 for 20 years and never had any problems with the as manufactured non sugarscoop forstay attachment and never heard of anyone else having problems. We no longer own a Swift 18 but have very fond memories of this great trailer sailer. All the best ...

Hi Mike/Julia, I googled Hunter 19 it looks a nice little trailer sailer that would give a good performance and like the Swift 18 looks easy to launch.
