Furling Control Line

Just remembered mine is still in the garage.It is 23 feet long and 6mm diameter.The legth is sufficient to fill the drum and is fed through an eye screwed to the deck then to a cleat on the port side of the cockpit

Offset at black band near base of mast above boom

Pull line with weight on to top of the mast using main halyard.Adjust cap shrouds and forestay (or roller reefing) to give distance between line and black band at rear of mast of~8"Ensure backstay tensioner is slack whilst doing this
