Have a look at some of the plastic/rubber edging used in kit car builds. You can get these in colours with a small return (2MM-7MM) you will have to use a hairdrier (LOW HEAT) to get the tight bends, but try forming it round a hardboard template first ,this will cover up the raw edge of the headlini...

keel winding gear
just read the e mails having returned from sunny Greece, I have fitted a modified winch rather than the winding gear. Would have been better mounted outside/inside the hatch doorway, rather than where the winder went,as the leverage is huge.! About one and a half ton I think. Best place for lifting ...

Have just seen on ebay, some sails from a (hunter medina) 6MTS Trailer sailer. would be ideal if on a budget.!!
