Hi all just thinking of doing some small repairs to the gelcoat ...and maybe touch up some paint does anyone know the best stuff to use and how to get a good match on the paint ... my boat is the cream colour ...

Thanks for you help on this ....my swift is on a mooring at the bottom of some big hill and last month the high winds must of nearly had the boat on its side while on its mooring the water was turning the boat side on to the wind with some very big gusts. so i was thinking if the rudder down it woul...

Hi terry thanks for that

mine had two holes one just under the top hinge and one under the bottom hinge but it snapped clean on the top whole ..i will get a new rod made with just one whole on the bottom to stop it working out ...

Hi when you leave your boat on it's mooring do you lift the rudder out the water or leave it in ...i always lift it out when lashing the tiller but my boat got a bit of a hard time while on its mooring and was just thinking would it of been better to leave the rudder in the water .... many thanks Da...

Hi all ..i was checking my boat last night and found that the rod holding the rudder onto the stern has snapped .its a stainless steel rod with a bolt welded on top with a locking ring at the bottom but near the top of the rod it had a hole drilled in it what looks to be a shear point and this is wh...

Hi all i have a flexi solar pannel its a 15w one i only put it out when we are on the boat and thats all i have to charge my battery i had a glass pannel one but smashed it while sailing ......so i think the flexi pannel one is best for me ....
